From the outset we were mindful that such a beautiful location deserved to attract a year round clientele. At The Sandcastle you have the luxury of choice, whatever the weather.

Take a dip in our heated saltwater pool, sit back and reflect in our steam room, or stay cozy in our home cinema - we are sure to keep you occupied.

The Pool

In the spring and summer months the enclosure rolls back under the upper patio and the floating cover is gathered onto a roller at the other end to give us a secluded infinity pool in a wonderful suntrap. Access is from the outside, down tiled steps at one end. Temperature in the summer will usually be about 30° celsius.

During the winter the enclosure is rolled out and the pool is accessed from inside the house. With the insulated floating cover out of the way, and with the weather (occasionally) raging outside, you will feel smugly content, with the ocean, visible through the end window, only a stone’s throw away. Pool temperature in the winter will usually be around 25° to 29° celsius

Steam Room and Hot Tub

  • The Steam Room

    Our sleek and check tiled steam room runs all year.

    Located opposite the Honey Moon Suite, up to 6 people can use the steam room at a time.

    Capable of reaching 60°C in just 45 minutes.

  • The Hot Tub

    Our new hot tub with bluetooth speakers and LED ambient lighting.

    Temperature is 40°C and can fit up to 8 adults.

    Perfect with a glass of bubbly.

The Games Room

Home Cinema

If you fancy a movie night, we also have a large screen with a 4k/60Hz Sony projector.

Seating includes three sofas capable of fitting 3 guests on each comfortably and a central coffee table to hold any snacks and beverages.

 

Snooker and Table Tennis

Enjoy our 3/4 sized snooker table equipped with 4 cues, 1 extended cross rest, 1 extended bridge, chalk and cleaning brush.

Next to the snooker table is our full sized table tennis with plenty of balls and rackets available.
