Booking Information

  • Bookings can be made through the website via the Book Now button above or if preferred give us a ring on 07774 264 474 or email us reservations@thesandcastlewales.com

    We recommend you book well in advance, previous guests booked 6-12 months prior.

    During the High Season (April-September) check-ins are only on Fridays.

    During the Low Season, 7 night stays check-in on a Friday. 4 night stays check-in on a Friday and 3 night stays check-in on a Tuesday.

    We do offer lower occupancy discounts if max capacity is not required, you can choose the necessary rooms when booking.

    We tend to be more flexible during the winter months, so if you need to book a stay and cannot get the dates you would like, call Mike on 07774 264 474.

  • Due to the property’s location, accessing it may prove difficult for first time guests. If you are unable to locate the house please call us.

    Upon request, The host is happy to give a brief informative tour of the property and guide you on proper operation of every utility and facility. If preferred, there is a customer manual in the foyer regarding all the information on operating the home.

    Check-in is after 15:00 and Check-out is before 10:00 as requested by our Cleaning Team (but we try to relax this for you as best we can)

    12 adults max but there are two extra children’s beds.

    Only members of the guests’ party are allowed on the property. No visitors, please.

  • No smoking inside the house under any circumstance.

    If you would like to bring your pet please contact beforehand, you will be charged £12 per pet, per day.

    Jet Skis are not permitted.

    We ask that you do not invite anyone outside of your party, onto, or into, the property.

    Additional Covid precautions can be met if required, again, please inform us before your arrival.

    Please respect our neighbours’ privacy.

  • A cancellation can only be made up until 3 months prior to arrival – and this will incur a fee of 22% of the total rental. This is a very large home which means bookings are normally made around 6 months to a year in advance.

    If the cancellation is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, then the entire cost will be charged. That said, if we are able to quickly fill said week, we’ll see what we can do about refunding you.

    Changing dates will incur a small administrative charge.

  • Booking directly through us will always offer the cheapest rate.

  • We offer discounts for low occupancy.

  • Due to the tendency to book holidays later this year, we are offering short breaks up until the end of June. (Check- in will be on Fridays and Mondays).
