Please be aware that for 7 day stays in High season, check-in is always Friday.
During the Low Season 22/10/21 to 25/3/22 it is now possible to take a LONG weekend with us
4 day stays check-in on Friday from 3pm – where available
3 day stays check-in on Tuesday from 3pm – where available
You will need to select these days when you check availability. If your request shows as unavailable, it will most likely mean that another guest has booked a break with a Friday or Monday check-in or check-out.
We tend to be more flexible during the winter months, so if you need to book a stay and cannot get the dates you would like, for further clarification, call Mike on 07774 264 474.
THE NITTY GRITTY STUFF …
Up to 2 quiet and well-behaved dogs allowed ( £12 per dog, per day)
NO jet-skis (our village is currently campaigning to ban them)
NO Smokers allowed inside the house . “No smoking 15 yards from anywhere!”

NEW Check-in is 16.00 and Check-out is 9.30 as requested by our Cleaning Team (but we try to relax this for you as best we can)
12 adults MAX but there are two extra children’s beds.
ONLY members of the Guests’ party are allowed on the Property. No visitors, please.
CANCELLATION POLICY …
A cancellation can only be made up until 3 months prior to Arrival – and this will incur a fee of 22% of the total rental. This is a very large home which means bookings are normally made around 6 months to a year in advance.
If the cancellation is made less than 6 weeks prior to Arrival, then the entire cost will be charged. That said, if we are able to quickly fill said week, we’ll see what we can do about refunding you.
Changing dates will incur a small administrative charge.
NOTE: FROM 2021 CHECK-IN DAYS WILL BE FRIDAYS FOR 7 DAY AND 3 DAY RESERVATIONS AND MONDAYS FOR 4 DAY RESERVATIONS.
- CLEANING AND PPE -
Check-in is at 16.00 and Check-out is at 9.30, as per the request of our Cleaning Team. The deeper cleaning that is now required takes much longer than usual.
We have decided to remove decorative soft-furnishings from sofas, and not use our additional bedspreads, bathroom glasses, or tissue boxes, etc. We think this will further minimise any risks for you.
We are providing laundry bags for each bedroom. Our team has asked that you place all of your linen and bath towels – used or not, into your bag and leave it there for them.
There will be a box in the living room into which you should place any books, magazines, games, or other items you used so that our cleaners can disinfect them.
We’ve provided some PPE goodies (in a kitchen drawer), in case you forget your own. Further supplies can be bought at the Murco petrol station in Lamphey.
We ask that you not invite anyone outside of your party, onto, or into, the property.
